The Role of Psychological Empowerment in Reducing Job Burnout Among Police Officers: A Variable-Centered and Person-Centered Approach

The study aimed to assess the effect of psychological empowerment on burnout from variable-centered and person-centered perspective. Based 363 questionnaires police officers in China, results this indicate that when officer feel higher level empowerment, job can be decreased among Chinese officers. From perspective, used latent profile analysis method divide three different burnouts, including low burnout, moderate high burnout. Police with a emotional exhaustion were more likely have compared other two profiles. depersonalization reduced personal accomplishment others. Different profiles impacted by empowerment.
